A masterclass session was held on 29th February 2024, at AIC-SMU Technology Business Incubator. Our mentor, Upasana Tendulkar, highlighted how important it is for businesses to plan strategically and work well together. Strategic entrepreneurship involves making systematic decisions to help a business grow, and team building is about creating a strong and supportive team that can achieve great things together.

Today, we discussed how having a culture of creativity, teamwork, and taking smart risks can make a big difference in how successful a business is. Companies can adapt to changes in the market and grab new opportunities, and it’s all about having leaders who can guide the team toward success in a fast-paced and competitive business world.
