Ms Rohini is a Partner & Founding Member at ANB Legal. As a core member of the corporate/commercial team, she has structured, negotiated, and closed many complicated domestic and cross-border transactions including M&A, joint ventures, private equity across several sectors. Her forte is corporate restructuring involving multiple jurisdictions.
Her work in the area of technology has extended to legal and regulatory issues in the online domain such as online gaming, e-surveillance, artificial intelligence, fintech, e-commerce, EdTech, besides others.
She is also a key member of the ‘Start-up’ and ‘Women Entrepreneurs’ initiatives of the Firm which strives to extend complete handholding to enthusiastic co-founders of such emerging start-ups.
