Ms Veena (Siya) Ajay Lala is the Founder and Managing Partner at “VAL & Associates”. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the ICSI, Law Graduate and PGDBM from Mumbai University.
She has supported business owners on Governance Structures, Compliances, Registrations, Fundraising, Shareholder and Board Relationships, Commercial Contracts, IP Protection, Employment Contracts and Commercial property matters including Shareholder Disputes and Negotiating Exit situations.
