Mr. Atanu Roy Chowdhury

Mentor who strives to bring together technology talent, patient capital, and entrepreneurial spirits through his company, Gapcrud Private Limited. He operates as a techno-functional consultant, specializing in loT/Al-led curriculum development and digital transformation ventures. With a strong commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, he is actively associated with the various incubation cells and has made significant contributions in the field. Drawing from his transnational professional experiences spanning over 17 years, he brings a wealth of practical insights and guidance to his students and mentees.

A postgraduate in computer science from IIT Guwahati and Harvard University, as a senior member of IEEE and CSI, he remains committed to advancing the field and has contributed significantly through the publication of over 35 papers and patents in the area of loT and Wireless Sensor Networks during his active research career. With an unwavering passion for entrepreneurship and a strong foundation in technology, our mentor continues to make a profound impact in empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and driving innovation in the industry.

Beyond academia, our mentor has also provided delivery and solutioning support to Altiux’s global sales team for loT solutions. His expertise and technical acumen have been honed through previous roles at Infosys Setlabs, Harvard Sensor Networking lab, Telcordia Advanced Technology Solutions labs (now Ericsson), and Blue Highway (a Welch Allyn company).
